For UK shipping, items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for. For overseas shipping, items are sent via Royal Mail International tracked.

All of our prints at ellagrievesdesigns are made to order, so please allow up to 7-10 working days for dispatch. Please do bear in mind I'm a one woman team, so during busier seasonal periods this may take longer.

PRINT SIZES
Prints are available in sizes A5,A4, A3, A2, A1.

A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm
​
A3 - 42cm x 29.7cm
​
A2 - 42cm x 59.4cm
​
A1- 59.4cm x 84.1cm
​
A5, A4 & A3 prints will arrive flat. A2 and A1 prints will all arrive rolled in a sturdy tube.
WHY ARE THE PRINTS LIMITED EDITION?
Quality is very important to us here at ellagrievesdesigns, which is why all of our prints are limited editions. This means that only a certain number of each design will ever be produced and sold, making each of them a special, one of a kind piece of art. Our prints hold a sense of value- and want you to know that you'd be one of only a handful of people to actually own that print.
Once a particular design is sold out, it won't be available to purchase again.

PRODUCING THE PRINTS
All of our prints are created using archival quality, fade resistant inks onto museum heritage, 310gsm textured fine art paper. Each print is then trimmed by hand, hand numbered and signed. Your limited edition print will also arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
ISSUES WITH PRINTS
Hopefully, there won't be any issues, however not to worry if there is! Please get in touch within 7 days of arrival. Once we have received your returned print, we can then issue a refund for you. We do not offer payment for returned items.
HOW ARE MY PRINTS PACKAGED?
Each print is wrapped in two sheets of acid free tissue paper and rolled in a sturdy tube. A4 prints will instead arrive flat in a reinforced envelope. A further cellophane sleeve will be provided to protect any A4 prints.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM PRINTS?
We do! Please do get in touch by filling out the enquiry form under the contact page with any special requests. We will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that custom requests will take longer than usual and will vary in price.
DO THE PRINTS COME FRAMED?
At the moment, our prints are not supplied framed.
However, we do recommend the IKEA 'LOMVIKEN' and 'RIBBA' frames. Other suggestions are H&M home, Zara Home, Next, Habitat and John Lewis.
